Terms and Conditions

1. Buyer confirms that all personal information including their sales tax identification is accurate and valid.

2. Buyer agrees to pay all Sales / Use Taxes per state laws.

3. Buyer agrees to pay 100% of payment due at time of order.

4. Buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with crating, freight, shipping, handling, and delivery charges.

5. Buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with obtaining a strike off or additional manufacturer requirements needed to complete designer order i.e., extra yardage, knit backing, etc.

6. Manufacturers' warranties as well as Manufacturers’ standard terms and conditions are applicable. Buyer may find these terms and conditions within manufacturer website.

7. The manufacturer has the right to cancel any order.

8. Seller is not responsible and bears no liability for manufacturer lead time, delays, discontinued items, shipping, damages and the like.

9. Buyer agrees to pay for fees associated with cancellations, exchanges, and returns.

10. Member Designer may only purchase items using a form of payment under which they are the sole account holder.

11. The practice of “Showrooming” i.e., visiting brick-and-mortar retail stores to research merchandise and utilize resources before purchasing from the habitatery trade program is not allowed. Member Designers will be terminated from the habitatery trade program upon reports of Showrooming.

12. Provided pricing is solely for member designers of the habitatery trade program and shall not be available or issued to clients outside the habitatery trade program.
